You'll find an excellent clean ambiance with spacious family rooms, daily cleaning, and a good dining variety. The outdoor pool may not soak up the sun adequately, and if you're keen on fitness, the gym is quite limited. But friendly staff and engaging entertainment options make up for these minor inconveniences!

Children's animation very good...very funny

Breakfast... very poor compared to other 4 star hotels. No safe... no fridge.

The location was unbeatable, at a walking distance from Space.

Excellent place with amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. I remember how the staff helped my old parents with a sweet attitude. I can't wait to return for Xmas!

The guests leave the towel in the pool hammock, but they don't show up there.

Clean and impressive place, has lovely views of the mountains. Pleasant and enthusiastic hotel staff on the reception desk, everything was good. It's nestled in a beautiful building with incredible location on the event of a fire.

Had a fantastic stay at Flamingo Oasis. The all-inclusive package impressed me with its extensive dining options and great facilities. A minor downside was noise from adjoining rooms, but overall I left feeling positive about the experience.

Plastic dessert spoons??? Sometimes we don't realize that although few, we also go Spanish... They barely translate..

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the amazing food selection at the dining area. With our kids, we took advantage of the outdoor mini golf and kids' entertainment program.

My kids wished the outdoor pool had more sun.

The location of the room I asked for top floor and overlooking the pool and I was given the third floor and overlooking the back.

food was almost always the same nimacion I did not like anything and worst was the corchon that was springs

From skeptic to superfan

Food was consistently fresh and varied with generous portions. The staff like Arancha were attentive and friendly.

The entertainment lacked variety, and the outdoor pool area struggled to get enough sun for comfort. Some areas fell short in cleanliness despite the hotel's overall appeal.

That all the evening performances were always in english and there should be more in spanish xq s you don't know english very bad xq you don't know anything xq don't translate it

Food was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was excellent even with lots of kids around.Policing of the place was discreet but effective.All in all a very enjoyable holiday experience. Thank you Flamingo.
